4. Fees and Payments

Design Resume Review is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform.
Users are charged a fixed fee per resume analysis scan, as outlined on the Site.
All payments are processed securely via Stripe and the Site does not store your payment information outside of Stripe.
You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge all applicable fees.
Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or explicitly stated on the Site.

5. Resume Content & Feedback

By submitting your resume:

You retain full ownership of your content.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to process and analyze your resume solely for the purpose of providing feedback.
You acknowledge that feedback is provided as a professional opinion and not a guarantee of employment outcomes.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (excluding user-submitted resumes), including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the intellectual property of Ionic Studio LLC and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

We are committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). This includes:
